Hello, my Sonos Arc has stopped working. There is no central connecting light red/green/white and the microphone light is constantly on (white.) Unplugged, re-booted……nothing at all??

I’d suggest contacting Sonos support. As a user community there’s not much we can offer other than sympathy. Don’t reset it (different from the reboot you already tried). Also maybe generate a diagnostics report, if you can, before you contact support.
