Arc not connecting to wifi or ethernet. Signed in multiple times and system will still not update. This is right out of the box after weeks of waiting for delivery so very disappointing. I have reset, unplugged, and turned off my breakers but still the same error 1101 after several resets of arc, modem and router. Might have a lemon but if anyone has suggestions please feel free to share. 

What model is your router?
