Hi. 
 

I have an arc connected to a Samsung QE60b and sky stream puck connected to tv. I am having issues where the audio cuts out for 2-3 seconds every 15-20 mins. I have tried every different combination on audio settings on both TV and sky puck and retuned via trueplay but the issue is still there and gets worse on different settings.
 

I’ve read a few similar posts but haven’t found any workaround. 
 

anyone have similar issues and found a solution.

 

Try these TV settings:

HDMI-eARC Mode: Auto
Digital Output Audio Format: Pass-Through

If this doesn’t work, set HDMI-eARC Mode to OFF.
