hello

I have an era300 +sub gen3 that I use as a stereo.

I am thinking of adding an arc 3,

Can I use the arc without adding to the era 3 as I want to use them only for music stereo with the subwoofer?

Also, can I create a room only for arc and sub

And another room for era300 with sub

Thanks

Not sure what an arc 3 is, there is only the Sonos Arc, with just one generation so far.

However, if you were to get an Arc, you could certainly set it up as a separate ‘room’ then the Era 300. You can then decide which ‘room’ the Sub bonds to, but the Sub cannot be shared across two rooms at the same time. You could, if you wanted, unbind the Sub from one room, then bond it with the other, but many people find that not only difficult, but note that you lose any TruePlay settings you had set up.

thanks
