Tell them them they are on the clock. Your dip-s*** CEO has made far to many mis-steps. Now we have the era300 surround issue which means more resources will be used on stuff like that instead of Truecinema we were sold on way back in June. Tell Parker his legal clock is ticking.

Fine...you tell me what would be helpful? Because between being half a year later and the only move Sonos has made on this sale pitch is to remove it entirely from their website like they never used it as a sales pitch, I'd love to know what you think would be helpful in getting them to finally give us the finish product they sold us, all wise one.
