That second TV Room is the Amp from what I can tell.
Amp disconnects from Arc for surround

You can see I can remove the surrounds, but I don’t see the Amp under Products.
I’ve tried all sorts of powering off the Arc and Sub, having the Amp have WiFi on or WiFi off (it’s wired, and tried changing the cable).
