Do you have a delay?

if so how would you resolve the issue?

For voice? You’d need to have the Ones as a separate ‘room’ in the Sonos software, and yes, there would be a delay between the Beam room and any grouped rooms.

As surrounds, no, the Ones would be part of the Beam’s room, and there would be no delay, but they’d only be carrying surround sound, and not the voice channel.

Sonos does not make a solution for those hard of hearing.

Thanks Airgetiam so much. Could you please explain in more layman language? I do not really understand, about “for voice”, “as surrounds”, or “voice channel vs surround sound”?

I basically bought them both to listen to music and movies.

Thanks

Sounds like you have Grouped your Ones with your Beam, which will add a delay for TV audio. Instead make your Ones surround speakers:

Settings / System / find Beam room / Add Surrounds

Then scroll down to the Sounds options and in Surrounds Audio select Full rather than Ambient.
