Waiting for a Sub 6 months later.

Anyone else ordered a sub from sonos website and still waiting just about to hit 6 months no communication from sonos have to keep contacting them and everytime get told in a few days will be dispatched been given at least 10 different dates. So just want to see if anyone else are having the same issues ?
