You are literally the only poster here complaining about a lack of True Cinema. I’m not sure that does your case much good.
My apologies to the OP. It appears there are now two posters complaining about a lack of True Cinema.

You're right. This is the only place in the entire interweb that anyone discusses Sonos.

There’s no case to be made. Sonos promised this feature but hasn’t delivered.

My point is the that number of posters complaining about this missing feature is infinitesimally small compared to those complaining about other issues that should probably be higher on Sonos’ “to do” list.
I thought I was quite clear on that point, but I guess I was not.

Your point is it doesn't matter to you, so ipso facto it's unimportant to the entire community.
The real point is that Ace hasn't sold anywhere close to what Sonos projected and future production cut significantly, so their abandoning promised product improvements isn't much of a stretch.

Not what I said at all, so please don’t put words in my mouth. I’m saying it apparently isn’t important to many in the community, because the number of complaints about this issue are dwarfed by the complaints about countless other issues. So unless you go on a gigantic sock puppet campaign, I’m afraid my analysis stands.
And by the way, as an Ace owner, it is important to me. I’m just willing to be patient due to the other far more pressing problems Sonos seems to have at this time.
I’ll avoid the back and forth here on how important the feature is to users and Sonos with this simple statement: Sonos promised Ace purchasers with TrueCinema. Now, 6 months later, at the very least an update on the status would be expected and a very minimal ask.
So SONOS IF YOU ARE LISTENING - just give us an honest update on when/if TrueCinema is coming out. The least you can do given all of us early adopters of your Headphone. We could’ve easily waited to buy the headphones, but we trusted you and believed in your new product and what you promised it can do.
Just a simple update.
I've chatted with Sonos support, and in a separate post with a response by Sonos, they confirm it's still being worked on, but don't provide a new target date.
One hopes they're getting close but personally I won't be surprised if it permanently hits the dustbin of unkept marketing promises.
Really appreciate you taking the time to write me back. I hope you’re wrong, suspect you might be right.
Who is the voucher that thinks because Truecinema isn't important to him, it shouldn't be for anyone else? Sounds like a real narcissistic clown

Nobody said anything of the sort. As was said earlier in the thread, do not put words in other people’s mouths.
