My system, Basement: 1 Beam, 2 speakers connected to SONOS Amp.

Family Room: 1 Beam, 2 speakers connected to SONOS Amp.

Having issues since the SONOS App update from earlier this year.

I want to watch TV in Basement have hear audio on Basement: 1 Beam, 2 speakers connected to SONOS Amp.

I want to watch TV in Family Room have hear audio on Basement: 1 Beam, 2 speakers connected to SONOS Amp.

If I have TV in Basement on , I can on SONOS App hear audio from TV on the Beam and speakers. I can also through the SONOS App, select to hear audio on 2 beams and 2 speakers. What I want to do is hear audio from  Basement beam and Amp, and from Family room hear audio on beam and amp from the TV source in Family Room. I have groups setup in the App.

Have you considered using the Amps and speakers as surround setups?

Whichever room you want as the source, you need to select that room first, with the tv playing, and then bring (add) the other room into the group.

There will be a slight delay of 75ms between the first room and the second.

Oh, in case it matters, the ‘grouped’ room will always be in stereo, and not a 5.1 format.
