Hi all , I know Sonos products are designed to be kept on but I'd like to know is it ok to unplug the beam gen 2 every night and plug it back in every morning ? Thanks

It could shorten its life. Of the various factors which contribute to eventual electronics failure, regular power/thermal cycling is the most significant.
Are you concerned about consumption? The Beam goes into a low power state when idle. My advice would be to switch it off when you’re staying away from home, but otherwise to leave it powered.
