I have a oled Lg Tv and just hooked up a arc and two one SLs for surround. When watching a movie with Dolby atmos everything works great but with DD+ 5.1 sound only comes from the arc.  Below are pictures of how everything is currently set up. The arc is hook through hdmi arc port and is set to auto not pcm 

 

Your App setup looks okay, but perhaps try things with the ‘TV level’ slider bar reset to ‘0’ to see if that makes any difference, but also see this thread and the reported ongoing issue:
