Thé connexion of thé ONE (SURROUND) is régularly lost. I've reset them many times. I've tried the Sonos Net, without improvement. 

Can you please check the diagnose?

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community since you already tried some troubleshooting steps let me try to assist you.

Try to use the Sonos net again, then can you please try unplugging all Sonos devices, then rebooting the router. When the router comes back up, plug back in the Sonos devices.

Since on the last diagnostic report it's not connected in Sonos net.
