There is no perceptible difference to the sound after adding Sub gen3. I have Beam with 2 One SLs as surrounds. Kneeling in front of sub I can hear very very faint sound. I have set up with true play.

how do I set up the system please?

  • What is the source of the audio that has no audio? TV, Cable Box, In-app movies? cable box apps, etc.?
  • Do we have the same result when we listen to music via the Sonos App?
  • Do we have the same result when we use Airplay?
  • Do we have the same result when we play music from the native App like the Spotify app?
  • Can we submit a diagnostic with all of the provided suggestions above so we can make a comparison on what is going on to be able to know what might be the root cause.
