Hi all,

I recently bought a sonos arc with 2 sonons One as a home theatre.

I love the sound, specially with music everything works well. Nonetheless, I have some issues with the quality of the sound when I use it for watching TV. There is a kind of crackling or sizzling when people speak. I don't have this issue with music but only voices when I see a movie ( or even worst, documentaries where the music is not loud) which is extremely frustrating given the general quality sound.

I dont have eARC and plugged in the old fashioned way. Sonos is also far away ( as far as possible anyway) from other electronical devices.

Could you help me solve this issue? I set the sound as only coming from sonos and not the tv
