Sound from Beam but not Sonos One or Sub

i have a new sonus beam connected via hdmi-arc to a lgcs tv. the two sonus one's i added and now a sub are registered as in the same (living)  room. but only the beam is outputting sound. the beam is listed as WM:1 and the others as WM: 2. what's wrong? thanks.

What source are you playing through the TV and is it in Dolby Digital 5.1?  Do the Sub and surrounds play if you play a music source?

just figured it out. part of it was changing music throughput options on lg tv. second part was the components had been in multiple ‘living rooms”. all fine now. thanks.
