Sound Delay with 4K Roku Insignia TV and Play beam

As mentioned above, I am getting about a half second delay between the video and audio. This occurs on Netflix as well as on Xbox One. I can tell there is a delay since the headphones connected to the Xbox controller are ahead of the beam.
This is not the case when using the TV speakers. I also have a play:3, a play:1, and the bridge set up.

I connected the HDMI cable going from the Sonos beam to the TV's ARC. I have the audio set as Dolby D on the Insignia. ARC is checked in the System>CEC>ARC settings of the TV. The Xbox One has surround sound settings on. DTS Trusound is enabled on the TV and the dialog clarity is medium.

I'm seeing that this is a common issue, has anyone found any fixes yet? I will be returning my Sonos Beam if I cannot get it to work in 2 weeks.
