Sony Bravia TV Sonos Playbar connection
We are trying to connect a Playbar to a Sony Bravia TV. The Playbar plays music through Pandora, etc. but will not play sound for our TV. Our TV settings show that the Playbar is successfully connected to the TV and we set the TV speakers option to Audio System but we still get no sound. Sony won't help because it isn't their soundbar. Can anyone suggest what we should do get the Playbar to play sound for the TV?

Hi there, SteveRay. Thanks for posting. Are you still having trouble with this? If so, attempt to play TV audio to the Playbar, and submit a diagnostic report. Be sure to reply here with the confirmation number and we can take a closer look at what the cause could be.
