Hi,

 

my before now, perfectly working Sonos sound bar has started emitting a horrible high pitched whine all the time. I contacted support who asked me to try a few things, then send a recording of the sound, which I did, but have now heard nothing back.

 

any ideas how I can resolve?

If the recording has been received by our support team then they will be in touch soon with a response. Contact volumes are very high at the moment, so responses may take a bit longer than usual. 

If you don’t receive anything in the next couple of days I’d recommend contacting support through chat or phone to follow it up.
