Sonos one speakers

I cant get my two Sonos one speakers to play any sound from them i have a playbase too and the speakers are fine with that but i cant get surround sound have reset loads of times turned off router unplugged them the only thing that comes out is Alexa when you talk to her so am at a loss

Try this:

Unpair the Ones as a stereo pair in the Sonos app. Unplug both of the Ones AND the Playbase from power for a couple of minutes. Reboot your router and phone too. After you plug the speakers back in, allow them to reconnect to the network (solid white light) and make sure WiFi is enabled on ALL speakers in the Sonos app. Then follow the directions in this article to add the Ones as surrounds to the Playbase:
