I have an old Philips PF9731 TV without HDMI ARC or optical audio out.
Will a Sonos Beam work when using a HDMI Switcher with Audio Extractor with the following connections:
If this doesn’t work, any other suggestions?
That should work, as evidenced by many other posts in this very forum. You just need to be sure that every device connected to the switch is sending a Dolby Digital signal to it, since the switch is incapable of transcoding it.
