Sonos Beam and Sonos One SL won’t connect

Hi there,

I have two Sonos One SLs that until now worked just fine. I just got a Beam to go with my TV and hopefully integrate into the system. When I try to setup the One SLs as surround sound it says they are connected, and the Beam works, but no sound comes from the One SLs. How do I fix that?!

 

Also, just to be clear it looks like I have to use two as surrounds? I can’t use just one?

You have to connect both One SLs as surrounds. It cannot be just one speaker.

What source are you testing? Do you hear any audio from the One SLs when listening to music?

If you go to Settings > System > About My System in the Sonos app, what number is listed after “WM:” under both One SL’s information?
