Hi I've just ordered a beam 1st gen, however I have only buried an optical cable in my wall, I know there is an adapter for HDMI to optical however Is there any kind of adapter which converts Optical to HDMI so I can use the optical cable, I've googled it but can't find an answer, thanks in advance

+18Isn’t the adapter actually just what you need? The Beam only has an HDMI connection, so the adapter should be optical to HDMI. You might need a connector like this:
106rallye funnily enough I've just ordered them, one for the end nearest the beam then male to male to fit in after the supplied adapter if that makes sense?
