I see quite a few sporadic messages for intermittent connectivity issue between the Sonos Arc & many Samsung TVs.

 

My symptoms seems to be very similar to others where audio completely cuts out and a lot of restarts later, the audio (eARc) is restored.

 

I’ve tried new cables, different AnyConnect settings, varying audio formats and the issue persists.

 

 

does anyone have a long term fix for these issues?

Disable eARC or get a non-Samsung TV.
