Hi Sonos Support and Community,

 

I’ve had my Sonos Arc since August 2020 and recently, my Arc has started emitting this distorted/robotic sound while watching tv or playing my Playstation. At first I thought it was my Playstation 5, however I was just watching tv (Youtube TV via my Apple 4k tv) and the sound was back. On top of this latest issue, I’ve been running into issues with my Arc not playing any sounds out of HBO Max AND Netflix. I’ve read other blogs and posts and can assure you I have my settings set up correctly. Sadly I’ve either been on hold for 60+ minutes or just been waiting as #6 in line for the chat for the past 60 minutes… Just trying to look for answers as I can’t even use my tv with the sound sounding like this.

 

And yes, I’ve unplugged my cables and replugged and tried other HDMI cables… 

 

Any other thoughts?
