I have an Arc on order.  I am about to order a new TV and wondered if this issue has now been fixed or are there some TV brands to steer away from?

This is difficult to answer because the majority of Sonos Arc users don’t experience any lip sync issues using a variety of different TVs. Most of the time, lip sync issues are more related to a user’s specific setup, settings, or media device rather than a specific TV model. For example: Sky Q boxes are known to have lip sync problems.

But if I had to choose a specific TV brand to steer you away from, I would say Samsung, especially the Samsung Frame. I’m sure many Samsung/Arc owners would probably disagree though.
