Sonos Arc Extendable Wall Mount by Sanus distance from bottom of the TV

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how far below the TV the Arc has to be placed with an extendable wall mount, i figured since the Speaker is now coming out 5 inches i no longer need the full 4-5 inch clearance from the TV since the upfiring speakers are now in front, but the only other threads covering this topic were in a recessed tv. In an ideal world id like a flush arc that I can pull out when watching movies, and recommendations on minimum distance?
