Hi. Started to get a crackling sound on loud scenes on my Sonos ARC, which is a few months old.

Happened a lot today when watching ‘Journey 2 The Mysterious Island’ on Netflix TV app. Dolby Digital Plus

Submitted a diagnostic whilst it was happening - number 835660432

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community and providing the diagnostic report.

Can you unplug and plug in the HDMI cable to your TV make sure also both ends are properly connected.

Try unplugging all Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Once the router comes back up, plug your Sonos devices back in.
