sonos Amp not connecting

Hi all,

Since upgrading to a 2.4/5ghz auto switching router we had issues with our system and not been able to connect to it at all - despite the devices all being visible on the network.  The easy fix was to add a sonos boost to the system which fixed the issues with the two sonos ones used as rear surrounds.  The amp however remains an issue, the app can find it but it simply doesn't add the device including when connecting via eirhernet.  Sonos support have been no help at all with this issue so hopefully the community can provide a fix?

What is the make/model of the new router. Is this an intermittent issue and does the Sonos App see your Sonos Ones when they’re unbonded from the Amp? If not, how did you get the Ones bonded to the Amp in the first instance 🤔?

Besides the main router, are there any other WiFi Hubs/Access Points/Extenders etc?
