Sky q sound issues

Hi all my sett up is Samsung ks7000 TV sky q connected to TV via hdmi, sonos play bar , sub , two play 3. Sonos connected direct to sky q via optical.

My issue is sound drops from digital to what sounds stereo just out of play bar for a short time then goes back to digital through all speakers?

Keeps doing it on and off all the time, any help out there would be great as I've lived with this for a bit know but it's pissing me off with amout sonos and sky q costs me.

Any ideas on better set up etc or anything I can try to solve it.

Based on what you're saying, it sounds like you've got some interference on the 5Ghz band, which is causing your surround speakers to drop their connection to the Playbar.

Have you looked at any of these resources?
