Does anyone know if the Samsung UE60KS7000 will output 5.1 audio through the optical cable from external sources such as an Apple TV, Xbox or Sky Q?



All of the above are HDMI into the tv, with the TV optical output straight into the playbar.



I'm thinking of upgrading my TV as above and upgrading to 5.1 by adding a pair of play ones, but only if my new TV can support 5.1 through the playbar I already own.
