Samsung the frame - Sonos:beam.

Hi, it’s probably allready asked before but I couldn’t find an answer that solved my problem.

I have a Samsung the Frame 2020 TV connected with a Sonos Beam and 2x One SL. The beam is connected to the tv through the ARC port with the provided HDMI cable.

The beam keeps connecting/disconnecting to the TV. When I watch tv it reconnects every 30 seconds, which causes the sound to jump from tv speakers to Sonos and back several times a minute. I tried changing cables, reconnecting the setup, readded the beam to my netwerk but this doesn’t solve the problem. Sometimes it goes well for an evening but then next day it happens again. Anybody with advice or tips that I can try ?

Hi Pieter, have you tried connecting via Optical? I did this with my Beam and never had problems.
