Samsung q7f keeps changing to tv speaker from hdmi arc
Everytime i shut off the tv it goes back to the tv speaker

Hmmm. That's odd. The first thing I'd try is actually unplugging the TV from the wall, and waiting for 2 minutes before plugging it in. My guess is there's a broken handshake on the HDMI-CEC connection, which would only be reset by a power cycle.
