Hi All,

 

Has anyone experienced issues with e-Arc compatibility on their new Samsung Frame 2021 model LS03A model TV’s?

Do we still have issues with sound cutting in and out?

I highly recommend you first make sure your TV is fully up-to-date.

Next, another device connected to the TV may be causing conflicts - please disconnect all input devices from the TV, and unplug both the Arc and the TV from power for 30 seconds.

Plug back in and test with only the Arc connected to the TV.

If all goes well, connect your other devices one at a time and test each time, until you find the device causing the problem. If you find it, try to disable CEC on it.

If you still get issues without other devices connected, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, but you may well get some advice from the community before reaching that point.


I have issues with any HDMI source like my Verizon cable set top box.  The audio is out of sync with the video.
