restarting connection for home entertainment center

my Bem entertainment center appears to be offline and I would like to put it back online!

Userlevel 7

Unplug the Beam from power for about a minute and reboot your router and phone.

May be worth unplugging the TV from the wall for two minutes, if none of the above works.
