I can get the system to play play Dolby digital plus 5.1 on these settings:

TV - Multichannel (non-bypass)

PS5 - HDMI set to AV Amplifier, number of channels 5.1, audio format dolby

Any other combination i have tried only get dolby digital 5.1 or stereo sound. Should i be able to get dolby atmos if playing from disney plus.

Also am getting a sync issue no matter what the output is. Is the HD fury arcana my best option to fix this as i don't want to be adjusting it in the app.

The PS5 doesn’t support Dolby Atmos audio from any of the streaming services. It only supports Atmos on Blu-ray and UHD discs.
