Hi Guys,

 

I spend an afternoon trying to fix my set-up. My playable was connected to the TV but I lost the surround.

When I hook it up on a LAN cable all is fine, but the moment I do get it on WIFI nothing comes forward.

When I hook it up on LAN it works but my speakers don't connect to it. I reset all items multiple times but no luck - many idea what I can do? Thanks in advance!

Check that you’ve not turned off wifi. Otherwise I’d suggest sending a diagnostics report.

Thanks for the swift reply. Tried that and WiFi claims to be „on“ but it is not. Can you give me a hint how to  send a diagnosis please?

It’s under Settings/System/Support and then post here with the diagnostics number.
