I bite the bullet and try out playbase, I spent the over the long weekend and got surround sound to work
with Kodi via passthrough and all my media that has surround sound works in 5.1, including Transcoding DTS to Dolby 5.1
Today it gone silent no matter what I do when I send DD 5.1 I get the video but audio is silence
I check under about my sonos system and it said the playbase audio in is silence.
everything else works though, TV, Netflix DD 5.1 works.
What is going on do I have a faulty unit?

Ok I just test and plug the optical cable directly from my HTPC to Playbase and DD 5.1 works so I think the Samsung TV all the sudden probably stop sending DD 5.1 pass through.
anyone else has a similar issue? it definitely works on day one and I got everything going then it stop
