Hello there i added a playbar and instantly thought the volume was very very quiet at almost full volume. Then i had a idea about the optical volume setting. I checked the optical settings for my Samsung tv and found that the optical setting was set to maximum. So I then set it to -10. And then factory reset my playbar and went threw the pairing procedure again for the play bar. This has made the volume way louder and by then going to optical volume in tv and setting it to maximum again added extra volume. So if you think your playbar is low on volume try setting optical volume to minimum and reset up your paybar.
