when using it Sonos One sounds 2 to 3 seconds delayed. How I make them sound synchronized? and/or together ?

If you have two Ones and want them as Surrounds, then add them as Surrounds and there will be no delay.

If you simply Group them to the Playbar then there will be a delay, though 2-3 seconds seems a lot.

if having a One and a MOVE 2?

or must be 2 of a kind? (two ONEs or two MOVE 2s)

You can not mix surround speaker types. It must be two Sonos Ones.

In fact, the Sonos Move cannot be used as a surround speaker, due to its portability.
