my sound bar is not pairing with my samsung 9000 suhd tv remote. Any ideas on how to get it to work?

Hi rkangail, the Samsung 9000 remote is a "smart remote" that sends control signals via Bluetooth. The PLAYBAR can only receive Infra Red signals. You will need to use a remote that can transmit IR, such as your cable or satellite, or universal remote to control your PLAYBAR.
