I have an oled c7 remote and the sky Q and i would like to pair the 2 to my playbase. i can pair the lg remote via the sonos app but i cant find any codes for the playbase to programme the sky remote the other way. I used to have both remotes working when i had my samsung ks series but cant do it here. Is there a way round this.

Thank you.

Thanks for your help but i iknow how to set up the remote with the app which i have done. You can only do that for one remote. This is correct. The PLAYBAR/PLAYBASE can only be programmed to work with one set of codes (or commands) coming from your remote control.

However...

If you were to have two remotes that output the same codes (or commands) like a universal remote or something similar from your manufacturer, you should be able to control the PLAYBAR from multiple remotes.

Hello Nando010, the PLAYBASE does not have a specific remote code, what it instead does is learn the remote code of one remote in your household. In this case, you have it set up to recognize the LG remote, if you can reprogram the Sky remote to use the same code as your LG remote, both should be able to control the PLAYBASE volume.
