Optical Cable Socket Too Loose, Just (literally) Fall Out With Gravity.

Bought the play bar but the optical cable won't fit snuggly into its socket, it just (literally) falls out with gravity. It fits perfectly into the tv optical socket. And if I swap ends, the cord end that fit snug into the tv socket, is loose on the play bar and yet again it just falls out with gravity. Fix please? Sandra

Can you please give us a call on our Customer Care Line so a technician can assist with that PLAYBAR? It sounds like the door to keep the cable in place may have been damaged.
