No sound through Playbase when watching Netflix on Panasonic TV

I have a Panasonic TX-50EX700B with Netflix built in, connected to my playbase. Normally there’s no issues at all, Sky and freeview audio play through it with no problems. However, when I try and watch Netflix, the audio is really temperamental. As in, it will play audio normally for one show, but if I go back and try to watch a different show, no sound at all.
The only thing that seems to resolve it is turning everything off at the wall and leaving it for 5 minutes.
Anyone else had this issue? Anyone know how the hell I fix it??

I have found lack of sound on Netflix to be network problems, even though my TV is ethernet connected. Usually resolved by stopping the prgramme and starting again. Hardwire your tv and see if the problem disappears.
