No sound from surround ONE SL via Sky

Recently purchased and set up, Sonos Arc, Sub, One SL.

All speakers work with Netflix, CD, DVD, music and film streaming and through my chosen radio station.

I have Sky TV but NO SOUND works through any SKY program on one SL.

 

Any ideas.

Make sure the audio on the Sky box is set to Dolby Digital or bitstream output.

A lot of Sky TV is only stereo, so no audio to your surrounds. Open the Sonos App/settings/system/about and scroll down to your Arc and it will tell you what audio it is receiving.

Have you checked in the Sky/settings/set-up/audio visual and ensured that Digital audio output HDMI is set to Dolby Digital.
