Samsung TV (2019 series8) connected to Sonos ARC via HDMI arc. The Netflix native app on TV shows ATMOS tag but it’s only Dolby digital plus 5.1 on Sonos app. When using Prime (again native app on TV) shows Atmos on Sonos app.
What am I missing?
Changed HDMI cable.
Tried already reinstall Netflix app on TV, logout/ login in, used friends account etc no change.
Reinstalled, updated Sonos app from Apple store to latest version. Removed and added arc, again no change. It’s still shows ATMOS on Netflix app on TV and 5.1 on Sonos app. It’s really frustrating, can someone help? Any suggestions? Thanks!
