LG CX 77" and Arc

I have the LG CX77 and a Sonos arc connetec. I have Chromecast on HDMI 1. 

When I watch a movie on Netflix using Chromecast - I get great sound through the arc (surround). 

But when watching am movie using the built in Netflix App or watching cable - I dont get good sound. Is there a way to configure the sound to be better / consistent with my Chromecast expereince?

If you go to Settings > About My System and scroll down to the Sonos Arc information, what does it say after “Audio In:” when watching Netflix from your Chromecast, content from your cable box, and Netflix on your TV?
