I’m so frustrated! I just got a brand new LG OLED B2 and a brand new Sonos arc and my tv cannot pair of via the sonos arc via Bluetooth or hdmi.
ive done all the unplug and replug and am so frustrated that I spend this much and it is even this much of a headache.
Can someone help me before I return
I’m a little confused. The Arc connects with an HDMI cable to the ARC port on the TV, not via Bluetooth.
Do you have, in the settings for the TV, Simplink ( or eARC) turned on, and the Arc connected to the HDMI port 3?
