I would like to connect my SONOS ARC ultra to a Samsung QH75C professional display. The HDMI Input 3 on the display is marked with ARC but the connection to the ARC Ultra (with original cable) failed. The option in the sound settings to pass-through the HDMI-Input to an external device with ARC is not possible. All systems are uptaded. What is the problem ?

Sonos should be compatible, as long as CEC, which Samsung calls AnyNet+, or some such, is turned on. If you’re having difficulty, I’d recommend a call to Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

This was a good tip. After I activated anynet+ in the basic settings, I was able to select the pass-through function in the souind-settings and it worked. Thank you!
