I cannot get the sound from stingray music to play on my new sonos  system. Sound is on all other channels.

How are you trying to connect Stingray Music to Sonos?

The stingray music feed is  provided on Bell satellite programming.

My new Sonos arc system is connected to a new Sony TV with eARC

What have you set the audio out to within the Bell?  Does anything else work of the Bell? (Sorry, I’m in the UK and so don’t any knowledge of that specific service)

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Although this sounds like an issue with a setting on either your Bell set-top-box or your Sony TV (“audio output format” in both cases), if you give our technical support team a shout they’ll be able to help you out by determining what audio format is being sent to the Arc at the time, and what to do about it.
